The journey of understanding between both the spiritual and material began at an early age for Myriam.  Her culture and upbringing nurtured a natural love for living in harmony with nature and spirit. The women in her family, including the three women elders who guided her path, were all in tune with nature and the spirit realms.

 

Her interest in the world of languages and cultures gave her greater understanding of the world. However, Myriam's personal experiences and confrontations with health challenges since birth led her to choose the path of healer and counselor. In her young years, she was taught the ancient ways in order to learn respect for nature and the elements in our universe. Serving in the United States Navy with her linguistic talents she also served as a counselor. Soon after, she worked as coordinating assistant for hospice patients at the original Hospice organization in North America. There she gleaned personal experience up close from another perspective, that all life is a cycle of birth, growth and death. In the years that followed, Myriam explored and learned many healing and medical systems from India, Israel, Egypt and China. Personal trials and illness led her to some of Israel’s most sainted kabbalistic rabbis whom blessed her in her chosen path.  As a Reiki Master she opened the Light Center for Healing in Raanana, Israel as the first of its kind. Ever since 1996 she has continued her work in assisting others to find their way, find relief and healing with various healing systems and providing emotional counseling in combination with flower essences. In 2003 she published a book on personal transformation, Path of the Violet Flame. In 2005 she wrote her thesis on Maternal Healing and Learning Disabilities in hope of addressing the needs of many mothers and children suffering from ADHD/ADDS and hyperactivity. Presently she is compiling her work on a therapy formed of various healing systems for assisting in individuals with various emotional disorders and imbalances.

 

Myriam holds a Doctorate in Linguistics, an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor’s in International Relations in addition to her qualifications as therapist and counselor. Apart from enjoying her beautiful children she enjoys doing research in all aspects of alternative health and energetic medicine.
